Gettysburg Museum

Last weekend we went to Gettysburg to visit the Gettysburg Museum. The gift shop was awesome and we went to the theatre and saw the cyclorama. If you ever get a chance to see the museum I highly recommend the theatre and cyclorama.
The Cyclorama as quoted from the museum website " a breathtaking oil painting that measures 377 feet in circumference and 42 feet high. Longer than a football field and as tall as a four-story structure, the Gettysburg Cyclorama painting immerses visitors in the fury of Pickett’s Charge during the Battle of Gettysburg."   What we loved about the painting was the floor around it was built to go into the painting.

I was only able to get pictures from the regular part of the museum and those weren't great but here they are.
When the weather warms up more the green is out I'll get pictures of the battlefield to share. If you would like to visit the battlefield or the museum sometime go to the this website to get all the information you need.
